Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PianoAi mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Using PianoAi

PianoAi provides AI-powered piano lessons, real-time playing feedback, and practice tracking. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App, and you agree to use it only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You may create an account using an email address, or by signing in with a third-party service such as Google or Apple. If you sign in with a third-party service, you authorize us to access and use certain information from that provider (such as your name and account identifier) to create and manage your PianoAi account, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

PianoAi offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription with additional features. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with App Store billing terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding third-party music content), is owned by PianoAi and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PianoAi does not guarantee that the App's feedback or recommendations will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose, including formal music instruction or assessment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PianoAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
